📌📌 Latest Delivery Update 📌📌

We have been closely monitoring the delivery speed after Canada Post's reopening in the past two days. It looks like there is a minor 1-2 days delay based on what we have observed. We are optimistic the new shipments should be delivered within a reasonable time frame (with the possibility of 1-2 days delay). 

With that being said, we are planning to re-open our checkout over this weekend. Please do note certain weather sensitive products will be held off for shipping if your local weather is still too cold for delivery. Every order will be closely monitored as we are shipping during the cold, winter season. For those orders that can be delivered with Xpresspost service, please ensure to choose that option to avoid any shipping delays. 

As of today (Dec 19th), many of our currently on hold orders will be ready for pick up by Canada Post, and the majority of orders (including weather sensitive products) will be released on Friday (Dec 20th). Some orders will still remain on hold until your local weather becomes suitable for delivery, but they will likely be released early next week for a safer delivery.

Boxing day sales will be pushed into spring once all provinces are warm enough to receive weather sensitive products. This will likely become the norm as there are too many variables to navigate through when shipping during the winter & holidays. 

Please also note Canada Post will not be picking up or making deliveries during the following dates:

• December 25th
• December 26th
• January 1st
